As an account manager you have the ability to manage PINs for users synchronized with a mobile device.

Manage user PINs via Portal

PIN management via portal is done by clicking on the device’s card in the device dashboard. Refer to section Manage Mobile Devices | Mobile device dashboard section of this user guide.

Manage user PINs via Mobile App

ATTENTION - Refer to section 5 equipment installation | 5.4 mobile app installation section of the https://brain4care.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AQDxvw for mobile app installation instructions.

ATTENTION - you need to log into the mobile app with an Account Manager’s user profile linked to your user profile.

Step1 - log into the mobile app

Access the Manage User. From the top left menu of the main screen in the mobile app, go to Manage Users.

In the Manage Users functionality you can

  • search users by their name

  • synchronize authorized user database between mobile device and portal

  • define if a user needs to change their PIN on their next login via PIN number.

Click on the Change PIN link for a defined user and change their PIN number.
