An account manager can change the trust level of a mobile device within an organization. This can be done from the Device Information page.

Change Trust Level

When inside a device’s information panel click on Change trust level button.	Open Change trust level button
In the next pop-up screen you can choose to change the device’s TRUST status. Trusted device Normal device Blocked device	Open Trust status

Trust status = BLOCKED
