The devices management module is used to add, trust or block any mobile device linked to a corporate account. When a device is trusted, end users can, upon account manager’s discretion, forego the need to enter their password and use a simplified PIN number or no PIN number. The aim is to reduce any adoption constraints by end users while maintaining high level of security and privacy.

ATTENTION - As an account manager you have the ability to TRUST a mobile device with the aim to simplify end users operation of the B4C System.

ATTENTION - This application only appears for corporate users with an account manager profile.

Dashboard Filters

There are filtering options that can help you find a specific device in the dashboard. You can do this by using one or more search and filter combinations.

Allows devices to be searched by trust level.

  • trusted = device has been trusted and allows for logless use

  • normal = device follow normal login procedure with user and password

  • blocked = device cannot be used in that corporate account

The second option is a “search by name”. The search can be done based on the following device data:

  • QR code used when registering the device

  • Device ID, model or name

  • Device operating system version

  • APP version

  • Mac address

Choose one or more options and click Apply filters. To cancel a filter or search, click Clear Filters.

Dashboard cards

Each card in the dashboard gives you basic information about each device such as

Device name

  • Device model

  • Unique ID

  • Installed App version

  • Current trust level

  • Organization members that are synchronized with device.

  • Last date and time device logged into the account

The top left ribbon shows you the current trust level each device has.

Trusted device (GREEN): allows for a simplified login process via PIN or no PIN.

Normal device (GREY): neutral status, indicating that device uses a normal mode for login (username and password). This is the default status for any device that has logged into the account.

Blocked device (RED): with this status, users are prevented from logging into a corporate account using these devices.
