As an account manager you can manage all corporate account user PINs that have been synchronized with the trusted device. This can be accessed via the main page menu after login

ATTENTION - you must execute a 6.3.1 Standard login to have access to be able to Manage users in a trusted device.

ATTENTION - all functionality listed below can be executed from the portal as well.

After a standard login procedure you can access the Manage users functionality in the mobile app

The manage users functionality in the trusted device's mobile app will list all users that have been synchronized with the device with a search and synch functionality

The button should be used to make sure all users created in the corporate account are synchronized with the mobile device.

The button is used to

reset or define a new PIN number for an authorized user in the mobile device
remove the need for use of a PIN number for a user
Force a PIN number change for the user
