Warranty Information

• Duration: All brain4care equipment is guaranteed to operate according to its specifications for 12 months from the date of delivery.

• Coverage: The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover transportation or storage costs related to equipment maintenance.

• Void Conditions: The warranty is void if:

  • The equipment is used in a manner not recommended in the user guide.

  • The equipment is electrically or mechanically damaged.

  • The equipment is opened without prior authorization.

• User Responsibility: Users must take necessary precautions to avoid voiding the warranty.

• Liability: Brain4care is not liable for personal injury or other damages resulting from improper use. The liability is limited to the value of the equipment.
