As an account manager you have the ability to manage PINs for users synchronized with a mobile device.


Manage user PINs via Portal

PIN management via portal is done by clicking on the device’s card in the device dashboard. Refer to section https://brain4care.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/B4CPORTALGUIDEF/pages/3231942853/Manage+Mobile+Devices#Mobile-device-dashboard section of this user guide.

In the “PIN redefinition” section, the account manager can reset a user’s PIN by clicking on any user that has been synchronized with the device and has accepted to be part of that corporate account.

Step1 - Click on the user’s icon, a PIN reset option window is displayed:

Step2 - Define the reset options for that user. They are:

  • Forego the need for a user PIN in that device for that user

  • Define a new PIN with the option to force a PIN change upon first login

For an non synchronized user, the following window will be displayed when clicking the username

Manage user PINs via Mobile App

ATTENTION - you need to log into the mobile app with an Account Manager’s user profile linked to your user profile.

Step1 - log into the mobile app

Access the Manage User. From the top left menu of the main screen in the mobile app, go to Manage Users.

In the Manage Users functionality you can

  • search users by their name

  • synchronize authorized user database between mobile device and portal

  • define if a user needs to change their PIN on their next login via PIN number.

Click on the Change PIN link for a defined user and change their PIN number.
