Corporate account applications

The applications available for a corporate account user depend on the access profile that has been granted, except that of customer support. They are accessed through the “Applications” link on the top right of the first screen after logging in to the corporate account

Open	This application only appears for those who have a Health Professional profile. You can list, view and share patient reports.
	This application only appears for those who have an Account Manager profile. You can create, invite, view, and change members of an organization and their corporate access profiles. You can also create, change or delete organizational units with their respective members.
	This application only appears for those who have a Device Manager profile. You can activate and view the devices that were sent in lease mode for your organization.
	This application only appears for those who have a Contract Manager profile. You can view contract and invoices when available.

Corporate notifications

The notification function contains system generated messages for a corporate account user. To access the list, simply click on Notifications.

The following notifications may be generated and received by a corporate account user. Some will depend on their access profile:

• Notice that the user has been invited to join a corporate account as an account manager

• Notice that the user has been invited to join a corporate account as a contract manager

• Notice that the user has been invited to join a corporate account as a device manager

• Notice that the user has had his account manager role revoked

• Notice that the user has had his contract manager role revoked

• Notice that the user has had his device manager role revoked

• Notice that the user has been added to an organizational unit

• Notice that the user has been removed from an organizational unit

• Notice that the organization has been suspended

• Notice that the organization has been activated

• Warning that brain4care has locked a corporate account

• Notice that brain4care has unlocked a corporate account

• Notice that the corporate account has been deleted
