Corporate account password recovery

When login into to your corporate account, you can recover a forgotten password by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link on the corporate account login window.

You will be taken to a form to fill in your user ID for which you want to recover the password. (CPF option are for users from Brazil).

You will be taken to a confirmation screen.

Click on the close button.

PLEASE NOTE: A password reset email will be sent to your corporate account’s email address to reset your password

You will be taken to the home screen of your personal account with a message saying that an email has been sent to your corporate email address.

Check in your corporate mailbox for the password recovery link.

Click on the link in the email to be taken to the password reset form.

Enter a strong password with a required minimum of 8 characters, one number, and one special character.

After filling both fields with the identical passwords, click on the define password button.

PRECAUTION - Never share your password and user ID with others or write down your password in an easily accessible place.
