All equipment produced by brain4care is guaranteed to operate to its specifications for TWELVE months from the actual delivery of the product to the customer.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Brain4care does not cover transportation and storage costs incurred in equipment maintenance requirements.
The warranty will be automatically voided if the equipment is used in any manner other than as recommended in this user guide, if it is electrically and / or mechanically damaged, or if the equipment is opened with no prior authorization.
The user is responsible for taking all precautions necessary to avoid loss of warranty rights.
Brain4care assumes no liability for personal injury or other injury resulting from improper use of the equipment.
Brain4care’s liability for this equipment and its results is limited to its value.
