An account manager can change the trust level of a mobile device within an organization. This can be done from the Device Information page.
Change Trust Level
When inside a device’s information panel click on Change trust level button. | |
In the next pop-up screen you can choose to change the device’s TRUST status. |
Trust status = TRUSTED
If the “TRUSTED” trust level is chosen, a screen for defining the user authentication policy is presented, which determines how the initial user PIN for newly synchronized user with the APP is defined. The first PIN policy options are: No PIN - all authorized users are automatically logged to the device Member's year of birth Member's day and month of birth Last 4 digits of member's contact phone number The account manager can also ask users to reset their PIN after the first login, making the initial PIN temporary. When selecting a PIN type, a list of ineligible users is displayed The ineligible users is a list of users that do not have enough information in their user profile to define the PIN according to the selected policy. ATTENTION - to register a mobile device to B4C System you need to install the brain4care mobile app. These are available in Apple’s iOS App Store or Google’s Android Play Store. The second stage to register a device is to generate a QR code to be read from the mobile device your want to register. Click on the “Generate QR code” button. TIP - after 90 seconds the option to generate a new QR code will be available. Open the brain4care mobile app to read the QR code. When reading the QR code is done on the mobile device, a registration summary screen is displayed on the B4C Portal confirming the registry.Part 1 - PIN type setup

Trust status = NORMAL
If the “NORMAL” trust level is chosen, a screen to generate a QR code for registry will show up.
