Due to the sensitivity of the device, the equipment should be handled with care to avoid any impact with rigid objects.

7.3 preventive or periodic maintenance

Periodic annual checks are recommended, which may include BcSs-PICNIW-1000 internal verification and recalibration. Such verification must be performed exclusively by brain4care authorized service.

7.4 equipment maintenance alert

If the hospital or responsible institution does not use the equipment properly through a satisfactory maintenance program, the result may be defective equipment and possible health risks.

7.5 storage instructions

Storage conditions

All components should be stored in the product case and in a location with restricted personnel access, as well as a dust-free environment. The BcSs-PICNIW-2000 Sensor and accessories may be stored in temperatures ranging between -10 ~ 45 Celsius (14 ~ 113 Fahrenheit) and humidity ranges between 15 to 85 %.

Storage period

If components are stored for an extended period of time, execute a visual inspection, testing and cleaning at least once every six months for proper maintenance.
