As an account manager can click on the member’s card to have access to their user account information. It is divided into four sections. Each one can be accessed on the left side menu of the screen.


Member personal information

In the personal information section you can view:

  • Photo

  • Status (active or suspended)

  • Username (email)

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Birth year

Member corporate information

In the member information section you can view:

  • user e-mail

    • used for password reset

  • contact phone (optional)

    • for future 2MFA login

  • user profiles

    • Account manager

    • Health professional

  • organization units

    • helps organize users into units

Member suspension or deletion

In this section, you can suspend or delete a member from an organization.

Suspension

This is a reversible action that serves to suspend a user temporarily.

  • By clicking the Suspend member button a confirmation window will appear to proceed.

ATTENTION - A member’s suspension is a reversible action. Still make sure that the implications of this action are well understood and aligned with your organization. Brain4care is not responsible for wrong suspensions.

To CANCEL a suspension, simply click on the Cancel suspension button in the suspension notice

Exclusion

This is a irreversible action that should be used in case of termination of an organization member.

  • By clicking the Remove member button a confirmation window will appear to proceed

Member password change

Here you can change a user’s password upon his/her request.

You also have the option to

  • send an email notification about the password reset

  • request that the member changes the password in the first login
