Sign-Up

A personal account is created on the portal upon registration, which can be done by any individual.

Account Creation 

Website address: https://portal.brain4.care  

Click on Sign up and fill in all the information you need to create a personal account.

Personal account required information User’s Name User’s Last Name Personal Email (which will be used to activate the account) Date of Birth (which will be used to list protocols in the portal) Choose Identification Type ID Username (will be used as key for login) Click on the terms, conditions and privacy policy links. After clicking on both links, the button Create your account will be activated. By clicking on the button, a warning to check for an activation email will appear. Click on the Return do home screen to access portal login screen

Account Activation 

Once you have registered to the portal, an email will be sent to the provided email address with a link to activate your personal account.

The link will take you to the portal to set a password for the personal account.

For greater security, it is necessary to create a strong password with minimum requirements of 8 characters, with at least one number and one special character.

After filling in both fields with identical passwords, click on the “Define Password” button.
