An available application for a corporate account is the activity log. With it you are able to view all logged activities related to your user.

ATTENTION - as a corporate account manager you can view log activities of all users in the corporate account.


Log Filters

To view your logged activities it is necessary to choose

  • which period you want to see these activities

  • which member (only account managers see this option)

  • what kind of operation

The system will show you all logged activities for the last 24hs based on the date and time you defined. The date and time you entered will be the END of this 24h window.

Log Report

The log report will show a summary of all logged activities.

The columns on the report are described bellow.

The data the log was generated

User

The user that generated the activity log

Action

The activity category

Data

Activity dependent generated data.

Resource

The endpoint that generated this activity

IP

The IP address used by the user when this activity was logged

Log Detail

If you click on the micro menu (last column on the right of the table), a pop-up screen will the Data details of that logged activity as well as the technical data relative to the user agent.

Logged Activities

The types of activities that are logged in the B4C System are listed bellow

Logged activity

Account activation - the user activated an account

Bulk user upload - user did a bulk upload of users

Cryptographic key request - user requested PHI data

Invitation status update (Accepted) - user accepted invitation to be part of a corporate account

Invitation status update (Declined) - user declined invitation to be part of a corporate account

Login - user logged into system

Login renewal - user renewed his user session

Member addition - the user added a member

Member addition (bulk) - the user did a bulk upload of organization members

Member deletion - user deleted a corporate account

Member password reset - user reset his corporate account password

Member personal data update - the user updated corporate user data

Member status update - user updated his corporate account status

Password update - the user updated a password

Personal data update - the user updated personal data

Report access request - user accessed monitoring session report

Report sharing update - the user updated sharing rights for a report

Request for encrypted patient data - user requested PHI data

Request for logged in user data

Search for new member - user searched for portal user members

Sharing link request - user requested a report public sharing link

Unit addition - the user added an organization unit

Unit deletion - user deleted an organization unit

Unit membership update - the user updated organization unit information

Upload data patient data - user uploaded patient data

User addition - the user added a system user

User addition (bulk) - the user did a bulk upload of new system users

User reset password - user reset his password

Viewing invitations - user viewed invitation made to be part of corporate account

Viewing notifications - user viewed system notifications

Viewing patient data - user viewed patient data

Viewing reports - user viewed reports

Viewing the list of acquisitions - user viewed monitoring session list

Viewing the list of doctors - viewer viewed list of registered health professionals in system

Viewing the monitoring date - user viewed monitoring session date
