Your account profile and settings

Each user can has a unique account profile that can be accessed via module card or user menu as shown below.

In the personal information section you can view:

• Photo

• Username (email)

• First name

• Last name

• Birth year

In the member information section you can view:

• user e-mail

  • used for password reset

• contact phone (optional)

  • for future 2MFA login

• button to request removal from corporate account

In the permissions information section you can view:

• user profiles

  • Account manager

  • Health professional

• organization units

  • helps organize users into units

Here you can change your password by giving

• Old password

• New password

• Confirmation of new password

ATTENTION - each corporate account can enforce their own password policy that will be reflected on the dynamic checklist that will be shown when creating new password.
