Step 1 - measure you patient’s head circumference

With a measuring tape, measure the largest circumference of your patient’s head, i.e., the most prominent part on the back of the head (occipital) and just above the eyebrows (supraorbital ridges). There are five to seven headband options available (depends on which headband set was sent).

Step 2 - choose the correct head band

According to the measured head circumference, choose the band size defined in the table bellow.

Step 3 - Place the headband on the sensor

If the external battery is attached, remove it by pressing the side latches and pulling it up as shown in Figure bellow.

Pass the selected headband through the sensor notches as shown in figure bellow. Attach the external battery back on the sensor by pressing the side latches and releasing them when the battery is correctly positioned.

Step 4 - attach the turnbuckle to the headband

The final assembly of the headband is done by attaching the turnbuckle to both ends of the headband stripe.
