Licensed Service Name (can be a sensor, adapter license, among others)
Item Quantity (how many licenses were acquired on that date)
The License Negotiated Price
The Beginning of that License period
The Automatic License Renewal Date
Cancellation request button and status (a cancellation request sends an email to the business contact). »The status of an item can be ACTIVE, CANCELED, CANCELLATION REQUESTED
