By clicking on the contract and invoice application, the contract manager has access to the current non-invasive wireless intracranial pressure monitoring system licensing agreement.

The contract is a summary of what was signed at the time of licensing and is divided into the sections described below.

Contract information

Contract Header

Represents the brain4care platform licensing agreement. The header information is:

  • Contract Number

  • Type (typically licensing)

  • Activation Date (contract signing date)

  • Contract Status. It can be: »ACTIVE »INACTIVE

Licensed items

These represent items licensed after the initial contract. There will always be at least one licensed service item, but over time you may have more service items under one contract.

  • Contract Item Number

  • Licensed Service Name (can be a sensor, adapter license, among others)

  • Item Quantity (how many licenses were acquired on that date)

  • The License Negotiated Price

  • The Beginning of that License period

  • The Automatic License Renewal Date

    • Cancellation request button and status (a cancellation request sends an email to the business contact). »The status of an item can be ACTIVE, CANCELED, CANCELLATION REQUESTED

Signed documents

Contains an electronic copy of the signed contract and its respective contract items as well. By clicking the button you can download a copy of this contract.

Contract revisions

It is the revision history of a contract:

  • Revision date is when the revision was made

  • Revision is the given name of the revision (in general it should summarize what has been changed)

  • Status is the status of the contract revision. THE STATUS MAY BE:

    • OLD

    • ON

    • PENDING

    • ACTIVE

Contract contacts

In this section of a contract, the contract manager will know who is:

  • the brain4care business contact for that contract

  • who is the organization’s contract manager (there may be more than one )

  • who is the device manager within the organization (there may be more than one)

  • who is the organization’s account manager (there may be more than one)
