Personal account settings

To access the settings for your account, click on your name in the upper right corner, and click on “Account Settings”

The next screen will have three parts: Personal Information, Documents, and Change Password. These can be accessed by clicking on their links on the upper left.

Personal information

In the personal information section you can:

assign a photo to your user
delete the photo of your user
adjust your name
adjust your last name
adjust your birthday
set your gender
adjust your personal email
add your phone number

All of this data is treated in accordance with brain4care’s privacy and information security policy.

Documents

In the documents section you can:

view your document number (which is the login number you used)
include your healthcare professional document (which, in the future, will be used for those who are linked to a corporate account as a healthcare professional)

In the change password section you can:

change the password you use to log into the portal

We recommend always using strong passwords to protect your information on the portal.

The password must be at least 8 characters long, and must contain at least one number and one special character.
