As an account manager you can add a member to an organization. This can be done from the Members panel.

By clicking on the Add member button you will have access to the ”add new member”. The first step to add a member is to search for a user via his user ID and click on the Search user button, as shown below.

Adding an existing user

If a user with that ID already exists in the system, the portal will skip the first step of adding personal data, as it is already part of the portal database. You will only be able to view the user’s first and last name at this time. Click on the Next step button to proceed with adding a new member for the organization.

Adding a new user

If a user’s ID does NOT exist in the system, the portal will go to the first step of adding personal data, as it is not yet part of the portal database. You should should have the following data in hand.

  • User’s First Name and Last Name

  • User’s Personal Email (an invitation to activate his personal account and one to access his corporate account will be sent to this address)

  • Birthday Date

  • User Gender

  • Medical Document (if required)

  • Medical Document Exemption Indication

Click on Next step button to proceed with adding a new member of the organization

Organizational data

The second step is to include the organizational data. You will have to include:

  • member’s corporate email (an invitation will be sent to this email)

  • member’s work phone (please use international format)

  • access profiles that they are entitled to use

  • organizational units the member will be associated with

Click Confirm and Save and you will be taken back to the Members panel where the new member will show in a PENDING status card.

ATTENTION - Three emails will be sent in this step

  • A message to activate user’s personal account will be sent to his personal email

  • A message to accept his/her corporate account invite will be sent to the personal email

  • A message to accept his/her corporate account invite will be sent to the corporate email
