The health professional, as a generator of this information, may share ni-ICP reports with other health professionals registered on the portal, as well as people outside the portal through an anonymous link.

ATTENTION - If you want to share a report for a patient of yours, make sure that they have given their consent.

To access the sharing function, click on the context menu of the respective protocol on the right side of the reporting table.

The context menu can contain three options:

  • View report (opens report in a new tab)

  • Share report

  • View shares (only appears if at least one share has been made).

By clicking on the option Share a sharing window will appear

Sharing Options

The two first options are shares INSIDE the portal, and the last one is shares OUTSIDE of the portal.

  • INSIDE SHARE (FULL or ANONYMOUS): is when you decide to share your report with another doctor. This sharing can be done with:

    • Another healthcare professional (corporate account ): This is when you decide to share your report with another doctor. In this situation, the healthcare professional will only be able to see your report when it is authenticated to your corporate account. Sharing can be of an anonymized or full report.

  • OUTSIDE SHARE (ANONYMOUS LINK): This type of sharing can be used to share an ANONYMOUS report with anyone. You must accept the out-of-portal sharing terms and conditions and forward the generated ANONYMOUS and SAFE link to anyone you want

To start the sharing process, choose the type of sharing you want to perform

Full Sharing (INSIDE THE PORTAL)

FULL SHARING

NON ANONYMOUS sharing option with another healthcare professional from SAME organization.

CAUTION: Only share your FULL report if it is really necessary. You are responsible for the security of your patient’s medical information.

  1. Search field by health professional name within the portal.

  2. Share authorization button. Only active after choosing the sharing option.

Enter the name of the health professional you want to share your report with.

As you enter the name, the portal will already show a list of health professionals, only from your same organization.

The chosen name of the options listed will be in the user search box. You can choose more than one name.

Click on the button to authorize sharing

Anonymous Sharing (INSIDE THE PORTAL)

ANONYMOUS SHARING

Anonymous sharing option with another healthcare professional from ANY organization that has a licensed B4C System

  1. Search field by health professional name within the portal.

  2. Share authorization button. Only active after choosing the sharing option.

Enter the name of the health professional you want to share your report with.

As you type the name, the portal will already show a list of healthcare professionals, from other organizations as well.

The chosen name of the options listed will be in the user search box. You can choose more than one name.

Click on the button to authorize sharing

Anonymous Link (OUTSIDE PORTAL)

EXTERNAL SHARING LINK

CAUTION: Only share your report OUTSIDE THE PORTAL if it is really necessary. You are responsible for the security of your medical information.

  1. Accept external sharing terms and conditions.

  2. Button to generate an anonymous share link. Only active after accepting the terms and conditions.

  3. Location where the external sharing link will appear.

  4. Button to COPY an anonymous share link.After generating the link, copy it and use it in any browser

Listing All Shares

To access the share history function, click on the context menu of the respective protocol on the right side of the reporting table.

The context menu can contain three options:

  • View report (opens report in a new tab)

  • Share report

  • View shares (only appears if at least one share has been made).

By clicking on the option View shares a window with existing shares for that report will appear.

Indicates with whom you shared the report, first name and last name. A user already registered in the system.

Indicates whether the sharing was with a healthcare professional or an individual (friend, family member, etc.).

  • When the value is Personal Account, it means that the sharing was with an individual.

  • When the value is a hospital or clinic, it means that the sharing was with a health professional

Indicates what type of sharing was made.

  • Full means that the person you shared the report with can see your full name as well as the date and time of the monitoring.

  • Anonymous means that the person you shared the report with will NOT be able to see your full name or the date and time of the monitoring.

Indicates the share expiration time. By default, every share is valid for 6 months.
