To access the sharing function , click on the context menu of the respective protocol on the right side of the reporting tableeach monitoring session line item.

  • View shares (only appears if at least one share has been made. Opens a popup window with sharing list).

Full Sharing (INSIDE THE PORTAL)

FULL SHARING

NON ANONYMOUS Non anonymous sharing option with another healthcare professional for SAME for the same corporate account (organization).

Note

CAUTION: Only share your FULL report if it is really necessary. You are responsible for the security of your patient’s medical information.

The sharing pop-up will have the following elements:

  1. Search field by health professional name within to find other health professionals registered in the portal.

  2. Share authorization Authorize sharing button. Only The busson is active only after choosing the sharing option.

A) Enter the name of the health professional you want to share your report with.

As you enter the name, the portal will already show a list of health professionals , only from your same organizationbelonging to your corporate account.

The chosen name of B) Choose a name from the options listed will be in the user search boxin previous step. You can choose more than one name.

Click Once chosen, click on the button to authorize Authorize sharing button

Anonymous The anonymous sharing option allows for sharing with another healthcare professional from ANY organization that has a licensed B4C System

  2. Share authorization button. Only active after choosing the sharing option.

A) Enter the name of the health professional you want to share your the report with.

As you type the name, the portal will already show a list of healthcare professionals, from other organizations as well.

Anonymous Link Sharing (OUTSIDE PORTAL)

Accept

Choose sharing type Shared link. The shown screen elements will be:

  1. A checkbox to accept external sharing terms and conditions.

  2. Button to generate Generate link button that when clicked generates an anonymous share link. Only It is only active after accepting the terms and conditions.

  3. Location where the external sharing link will appear.

  4. Button to COPY an anonymous share linkSharing link COPY button. After generating the link, copy it and use it in any browser

Listing All Shares

To access You can verify the share history function, click on for a monitoring session by clicking the context menu of the respective protocol monitoring session on the right side of the reporting report listing table.

The context menu can contain three options:

  • View report (opens report in a new tab)

  • Share report (opens a pop-up window for report sharing)

  • View shares (only appears if at least one share has been made. Opens a popup window with sharing list).

By clicking on the option View shares a window with existing shares for that report will appear.

Indicates Shows with whom you shared the report , first name with. It will show the first and last name . A user already registered in the systemof the registered user.

Indicates Shows whether the sharing was with a healthcare professional or an individual user (friend, family member, etc.).

  • When the value is Personal Account, it means that the sharing was with an individuala portal user’s personal account.

  • When the value is a hospital or clinic name, it means that the sharing was with a health professional from that organization.

Indicates Shows what type of sharing was made.

  • Full means that the person you shared the report with can see your full name as well as the date and time of the monitoringALL information in the report.

  • Anonymous means that the person you shared the report with will NOT be able to see your full the patient’s name or nor the date and time of the monitoring session.

Indicates Shows the share expiration timeperiod. By default, every share is valid for 6 months.
