The context menu can may contain three options:
View report (opens report in a new tab)
Share report (opens a pop-up window for report sharing)
View shares (only appears if at least one share has been made. Opens a popup window with sharing list).
By clicking on the option Share a sharing pop up window will appear
Sharing Options
You will have three options to share a report. The first two first options are shares INSIDE the portal, and the last one is shares a share OUTSIDE of the portal.
INSIDE SHARE (FULL or ANONYMOUS): is when you decide to share your report with another doctorportal user with a health profession profile. This sharing can be done with:
Another healthcare professional (corporate account): This is when you decide to share your report with another doctor. In this situation, the healthcare professional will only be able to see your report when it he/she is authenticated to your their corporate account. Sharing can be of an anonymized anonymous or full report.
OUTSIDE SHARE (ANONYMOUS LINK): This type of sharing can be used to share an ANONYMOUS report with anyone. You must accept the out-of-portal sharing terms and conditions and forward the generated ANONYMOUS and SAFE link to anyone you want

The anonymous sharing option allows for sharing with another healthcare professional from ANY organization that has a licensed B4C System |

A) Enter the name of the health professional you want to share |
the report with. As you type the name, the portal will |
show a list of healthcare professionals, from other organizations as well. |
B) Choose the name from the list bellow the search box. You can choose more than one name. Click on the Authorize sharing button |

Listing All Shares
To access You can verify the share history function, click on for a monitoring session by clicking the context menu of the respective protocol monitoring session on the right side of the reporting report listing table.

By clicking on the option View shares a window with existing shares for that report will appear.
