The next screen will have three parts: Personal Organization Information, Permissions, and Change Password. These can be accessed by clicking  on their respective links on the upper left part of the screen.

Organization information

In the

personal

organization information section, you can:

  • adjust your corporate email address

  • include your corporate telephone number

  • to be removed from a corporate account. A notification will be sent to the corporate account manager.

In the corporate account permissions section, you can:

  • view which access profiles you have linked to your user

  • view which organizational units you have been linked to

Business user profiles that exist in the portal The access profiles you may have the rights to use are:

  • Healthcare Professional: User profile with permission to log into the B4C System app, perform monitoring sessions, access reports and share results.

  • Account Manager: User profile with access to all corporate account management functions of a corporate account.

  • Device Manager: User profile with access to device management functions.

  • Contract Manager: User profile that gives you access to contract and payment information and functions when available.
