Corporate account settings

To access your corporate account settings, click on your name in the upper right corner and click on the Account settings button

The next screen will have three parts: Organization Information, Permissions, and Change Password. These can be accessed by clicking  on their respective links on the left part of the screen.

Organization information

In the organization information section, you can:

  • adjust your corporate email address

  • include your corporate telephone number

  • to be removed from a corporate account. A notification will be sent to the corporate account manager.

PS - All this data is handled in accordance with our privacy and security policy.

 

Permissions

In the corporate account permissions section, you can:

  • view which access profiles you have

  • view which organizational units you have been linked to

The access profiles you may have the rights to use are:

  • Healthcare Professional: User profile with permission to log into the B4C System app, perform monitoring sessions, access reports and share results.

  • Account Manager: User profile with access to all corporate account management functions.

  • Device Manager: User profile with access to device management functions.

  • Contract Manager: User profile that gives you access to contract and payment information and functions when available.

Change corporate password

In the “change password” section you can change the password you use to log in to the corporate account. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters, and must contain at least one number and one special character.
