Fill Sign up and fill in all the information you need to create a personal account.

Personal account required information

  • User’s Name

  • User’s Last Name

  • Personal Email (which will be used to activate the account)

  • Date of Birth (which will be used to list protocols in the portal)

  • Document Type (for Brazil CPF, for the USA SSN)

    • Document Number

    • Choose Identification Type ID

    • Username (will be used as key for login)

    Click on the terms, conditions and privacy policy links.

    After clicking on both links, the button Create your account will be activated.

    By clicking on the button, a warning to check for an activation email will appear.
