- Corporate applications and notifications
Corporate account applications The applications available for a corporate account user depend on the access profile that has been granted, except that of customer support. They are accessed through the “Applications” link on the top right of the first screen after logging in to the corporate account This application only appears for those who have a Health Professional
- Corporate account password recovery
When login into to your corporate account, you can recover a forgotten password by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link on the corporate account login window. You will be taken to a form to fill in your user ID for which you want to recover the password. (CPF option are for users from Brazil). You will be taken to a confirmation screen. Click on the close

To access your corporate account settings, click on your name in the upper right corner and click on the Account settings button The next screen will have three parts: Organization Information, Permissions, and Change Password. These can be accessed by clicking on their respective links on the left part of the screen. Organization information In the organization

Access the portal address: https://portal.brain4.care . Choose the ID option to login, enter your username and password. The CPF option is only used for users in Brazil. The prerequisite is to already have a created personal account. ATTENTION - Three consecutive failed logins will block your account login for a determined period

- Corporate account
This type of user account is available for users that have been invited to join an organization in the portal. An organization is a hospital or clinic that has licensed the brain4care wireless noninvasive intracranial pressure monitoring platform.

Personal Account: a private and secure environment linked to any individual registered to the portal. Corporate Account: a private and secure environment created for a legal entity which has licensed the B4C System, i.e, a hospital or clinic. User ID: a unique portal identity created for each registered individual. Organization: a unique portal entity created

The customer support application is the main communication channel between brain4care and a user of the portal. - Device manager notifications
The notifications area contains system generated messages for the user. To access the list, simply click on the “Notifications” link. The following notifications are unique to a corporate user with a device manager profile: Notice that a device has been locked for technical reasons
- Device activation
When a brain4care platform licensing agreement is signed in time, brain4care will send, via logistics operator, the devices that will be used for non-invasive intracranial pressure monitoring. The Device dashboard lists the sensors in that organization in card format. Each card contains basic UDI information, device type, its status, as well as the date and time of the last update. - Devices Management (Device Manager)
The device manager profile is assigned to a user associated with a corporate account on brain4care portal. It allows the user to activate and view the organization’s devices. This application only appears for corporate users with device manager profile. It manages sensors, batteries and adapters.
