All equipment produced by brain4care is guaranteed to operate to its specifications for TWELVE months from the actual delivery of the product to the customer.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Importantly, brain4care does not incur transportation and storage costs in case of subsequent external maintenance of the equipment.
The warranty will be automatically voided if the equipment is used in any manner other than as recommended in this manual, if it is electrically and / or mechanically damaged, or if the equipment is violated.
The user is responsible for taking all precautions deemed necessary to avoid loss of warranty rights.
Brain4care assumes no liability for personal injury or other injury resulting from improper use of the equipment.
Brain4care’s liability for this equipment and its results is limited to its value.
