ATTENTION - you’ll heed to have an existing portal account that has been created for you by your health institution.
Step 1 - Enter your username and password
Access the portal address: https://portal.brain4.care. Enter username and password.
ATTENTION - Three consecutive failed logins will block your account login for a determined period until next login is possible. Every new attempt will add more time to the blockage period.
Step 2 - Choose your corporate account (optional)
If you have access to more than one corporate account they will show up as cards. A card with an open lock (
) means that your Password at login is valid for this corporate account.
A closed lock (
) means that the password for this corporate account is different. In this case you’ll need to enter the correct password after clicking on that corporate account.

Portal modules
The middle of the first login screen will show all functional modules a portal user has access to

Users management |  | You’ll need an Account Manager user profile. Here you manage user profiles that are linked to the corporate account. You can create, suspend and remove users and also update their information and password. |
Devices management |  | You’ll need an Account Manager user profile. Here you manage mobile devices that are linked to the corporate account. You can block or trust mobile devices and for the latter manage user PINs synchronized to that device. |
Corporate account settings |  | You’ll need an Account Manager user profile. Here you manage important corporate account settings such as basic information, password policy, inactivity policy, IP policy, data sharing and purge policy. |
Activities history |  | You can see all your logged activities based on your portal usage. If you an Account Manager user profile, you can see logged activities for all corporate account users. |
Your user account settings |  | You can see and update all your user information including password changes, request to be removed from a corporate account and default language for e-mails and notifications. |
