The account manager has access to a dashboard that gives visibility to all users who are part of that organization. It contains all member management functionality for that organization.

The Members dashboard lists the users in that organization in the form of cards with basic information for each member, as well as filters that make it easy to search for members and a button to add new members.

Member Status

The upper left-hand stripe shows the status of the member in that organization. This status depends on different moments, actions and member authorization.

Member Permissions

The central section of the member card shows which access profiles that member has. Permissions are the access profiles that member has, ranging from at least one to four access profiles, which are:

  • Contract Manager - authorized to view contracts and invoices

  • Device Manager - authorized to enable listing sensors

  • Account Manager - authorized to manage members and units

  • Health Professional - authorized to perform, view, and share monitoring

Member Roles

The bottom section of the member card shows to which organizational units the member belongs.

Organizational units are logical groupings that help in user management.

They usually represent areas or groups of people with similar purposes within that organization.

Member Filtering

There are filtering options that can help you find a specific member in the Members dashboard. You can filter members using one or more search and filter combinations.

Filtering options are detailed below.

The first filter option allows members to be searched by organization unit.

Units are entities created by the account managers themselves.

The second filter option allows the search of members by status. There are five possible statuses:

  • Active - Member with normalized access to perform the functions from their access profile

  • Pending - Member has not yet accepted an invitation to the organization

  • Suspended - Member suspended by the account managers themselves

  • Declined - Member has declined the invitation to join the organization

  • Blocked - member blocked centrally by brain4care

The third filter option allows you to search members by function. There are four possible functions:

  • Contract Manager - authorized to view contracts and invoices

  • Device Manager - authorized to activate and view devices

  • Healthcare Professional - authorized to perform, view and share monitoring reports

  • Account Manager - authorized to manage corporate account members and units

The fourth option is a “search by name” one.

Enter the full name or part of a name and the portal will search for members whose names contain the characters you typed.

Choose one or more options and click Apply filters. To cancel a filter or search, click Clear filters.

Member Pagination

When the member list is larger than eight, the portal will organize this list on different pages. Use the arrows or page numbers to access the rest of the members.
