Personal profile settings

To access the settings for your profile, click on your name in the upper right corner, and click on “Account Settings”

The next screen will have three parts: Personal Information, Documents, and Change Password. These can be accessed by clicking on their links on the upper left.

Personal information

In the personal information section you can:

assign a photo to your user
delete the photo of your user
adjust your name
adjust your last name
adjust your birth year
adjust your email
add your phone number
define notification language
define profession

Documents

In the documents section you can:

verify you username

In the change password section you can:

change the password you use to log in to the portal

We recommend always using strong passwords to protect your information on the portal.

The password must be strong and contain at least:

8 characters;
1 lowercase letter;
1 capital letter;
1 number;
1 special character.
