Managing a Member

As an account manager can click on the member’s card to have access to their corporate account. It is divided into three sections. Each one can be accessed on the left side menu of the screen. They are:

Personal information

In the personal information section you can view:

  • the member’s photo

  • the member’s status

    • active = member has accepted invitation is active

    • declined (with reason for refusal) = member declined invitation. A button for re sending invitation will be available

  • member’s name

  • member’s surname

  • member’s birthday

  • member’s gender

  • medical license (if required)

  • identification document

Member permissions

In this section you can view and change:

  • contact information, such as corporate email and work phone.

  • assign or revoke access profiles and organizational units to that member

PRECAUTION - Before you assign or revoke an access profile, make sure that the implications of this action are well understood and aligned with your organization. Brain4care is not responsible for any wrong assignment or revoke.

Existing access profiles for an organization are:

  • Healthcare Professional: User profile with permission to perform monitoring, access reports, and share results.

  • Account Manager: User profile with access to all management functions of a corporate account.

  • Device Manager: User profile with access to device management functions and performance data.

  • Contract Manager: User profile that gives you access to contract and payment information and functions.

Member suspension or deletion

In this section, you can suspend or delete a member from an organization.

Suspension

This is a reversible action that serves to suspend a user temporarily.

  • By clicking the Suspend member button a confirmation window will appear to proceed.

ATTENTION - A member’s suspension is a reversible action. Still make sure that the implications of this action are well understood and aligned with your organization. Brain4care is not responsible for wrong suspensions.

To CANCEL a suspension, simply click on the Cancel suspension button in the suspension notice

Exclusion

This is a irreversible action that should be used in case of termination of an organization member.

  • By clicking the Remove member button a confirmation window will appear to proceed
