Contract item cancellation

A manager can request cancellation by clicking the Request cancellation button next to that contract item.

By doing so, the status of the contract item changes to CANCELLATION REQUESTED. An email will be sent to the business contact

Once reviewed by brain4care, this item can be centrally canceled and the status will change to CANCELED.

ATTENTION - Canceling a contract item means that sensors licensed on that item will have to be returned to brain4care. Once this is done, they will be locked centrally to that organization.
