By clicking on a unit card, as an account manager, you will have access to information for each unit.

Unit Information

In the unit information section you can view or change:

  • the unit name

  • additional unit information

  • deleting the unit from the organization

Unite deletion

You can delete a unit from the organization. This process is irreversible, but you can create a new unit with the same members and name. Click on Remove organizational unit and after that you will be returned to the Unit dashboard without the deleted unit.

ATTENTION - deletion of an organizational unit is irreversible.

Unit Members

By clicking on the “Members” link in the upper left corner, you will have access to the unit members’ cards. Cards contain the same information as the Member panel (Full Name, Access Profiles, and Organizational Units)

Adding / Removing Members

To add or remove members from within a unit, click on the Add/Remove members button when viewing the members of that unit.

A unit member selection window will appear where the current members are already selected.The other members of that organization will be listed as well.

  • To add a member just select it from the list

  • To delete a member just deselect it

After defining this choice, you will see in the lower left corner the number of selected members.To finish removing / adding members click on the Save selection button . You will return to the Unit Members panel that shows the new member choice.
