Register Mobile Device

An account manager can register a mobile device to an organization. This can be done from the mobile device dashboard by selecting a non registered device or by clicking the button.
Register TRUSTED device
Part 1 - PIN type setup
If the “TRUSTED” trust level is chosen, a screen for defining the user authentication policy is presented, which determines how the initial user PIN for newly synchronized user with the APP is defined.

The account manager can also ask users to reset their PIN after the first login, making the initial PIN temporary. | |
2 | When selecting a PIN type, a list of ineligible users is displayed The ineligible users is a list of users that do not have enough information in their user profile to define the PIN according to the selected policy. |
Part 2 - Generate QR code
ATTENTION - to register a mobile device to B4C System you need to install the brain4care mobile app. These are available in Apple’s iOS App Store or Google’s Android Play Store.
1 | The second stage to register a device is to generate a QR code to be read from the mobile device your want to register. Click on the “Generate QR code” button. | |
2 | TIP - after 90 seconds the option to generate a new QR code will be available. | |

Part 3 - Finalize registration
1 | When reading the QR code is done on the mobile device, a registration summary screen is displayed on the B4C Portal confirming the registry. |
Register NORMAL device
If the “NORMAL” trust level is chosen, a screen to generate a QR code for registry will show up.
Part 1 - Generate QR code
ATTENTION - to register a mobile device to B4C System you need to install the brain4care mobile app. These are available in Apple’s iOS App Store or Google’s Android Play Store.

Register BLOCKED device
If the “BLOCKED” trust level is chosen, a screen to generate a QR code for registry will show up.
