First Corporate Account Login

The corporate account is a secure, private corporate environment where an invited user. Depending on the access profile they have been granted the user can generate, view and share Surrogate ICP waveform reports for their patients; manage licensed sensors, and manage which users have access to the corporate account with their respective access profiles.

Step 1 - Check for your corporate account invitation e-mail

If you do not have a personal profile in the portal and have been invited to join a corporate account, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your personal profile and, after doing that, accept the invitation to a corporate account.

By clicking on the account activation link in the email, you will be taken to your personal account password setting screen.

Step 2 - Define your personal profile password

In the personal profile activation window, enter a strong password to increase the security of your portal access.

After entering a strong password, click Define password.

Step 3 - Log into your personal profile

Once you have set your secure password, you will be taken to the login screen of your personal profile and, in the lower right corner, a message that your password has been successfully created will appear.

To access your new personal profile, enter your password and click on the Log into portal button to enter the portal.

Step 4 - Accept terms of use and privacy policy

You will be prompted to accept portal terms of use and privacy policy.

Step 5 - Accept corporate account invitation notice

When you login, you will be taken to the home panel of your personal profile where an invitation notice to the corporate account will appear.

In the invitation window, you can decline or accept the invitation.

To accept, click on Accept and a box to set your corporate account password will appear.

To decline, click on Decline and a box to set the reason for refusal will appear.

Step 6 - Log into your Corporate account

After accepting the invitation, for security reasons, you will need to log in to the corporate account with the password you just created in the previous step. Click on your personal profile in the upper right corner and the new corporate account (organization) will appear. Click on the corporate account to enter it.

Enter your corporate account password and click Log into corporate account.

You will now be authenticated into your corporate account. This is shown in the user profile picture in the upper right corner that will show your picture with the organization logo.
