If you have forgotten your portal password, just click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the login screen.
You will be taken to a form to fill in your user ID (CPF for users in Brazil, SSN for users in the USA).
You will be taken to a confirmation screen.
Click on the close button.
PLEASE NOTE: A password reset email will be sent to your personal account’s email address to reset your password.
Check in your personal mailbox for the password recovery link.
Click on the link in the email to be taken to the password reset form.
Enter a strong password with a required minimum of 8 characters, one number, and one special character.
After filling both fields with the identical passwords, click on the define password button.
PRECAUTION - Never share your password and user ID with others or write down your password in an easily accessible place.
