To access your corporate account settings, click on your name in the upper right corner and click on the Account settings button

The next screen will have three parts: Organization Information, Permissions, and Change Password. These can be accessed by clicking  on their links on the upper left.

Organization information

In the organization information section, you can:

  • adjust your corporate email address

  • include your corporate telephone number

All this data is handled in accordance with our privacy and information security policy.

Additionally, the user can request to be removed from the corporate account. This will send a notification to the corporate account manager.

Permissions

In the corporate account permissions section, you can:

  • view which access profiles you have linked to your user

  • view which organizational units you have been linked to

Business user profiles that exist in the portal are:

  • Healthcare Professional: User profile with permission to perform monitoring, access reports and share results.

  • Account Manager: User profile with access to all management functions of a corporate account.

  • Device Manager: User profile with access to device management functions.

  • Contract Manager: User profile that gives you access to contract and payment information and functions

Change corporate password

In the “change password” section you can change the password you use to log in to the corporate account. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters, and must contain at least one number and one special character.
