This is the primary application for a personal account user. This is where they you can list and view all intracranial pressure morphology reports that were generated for themyou.

Listing Activation

For security reasons, in the first access to this application, you must activate the report listing by providing a protocol number (UMI) and the respective health professional who requested this monitoring (protocol number).

The protocol number (UMI) can be acquired by calling the institution and the healthcare professional that has monitored your intracranial pressure noninvasively.

Fill in the first protocol number field and, in the second field, enter the health professional who requested your monitoring. Click on activate. If the information is correct, the listing of all your monitoring sessions will appear.

ATTENTION - Sometimes monitoring sessions may have slight variations in the patient’s name, such as a middle name; a letter for the middle name; a space; an uppercase or lowercase letter, etc.… which may vary from the name contained in the first protocol used to enable report listing. If this happens, you will need to enable the listing of this name variation again by following the steps defined above. You’ll need to use the UMI number that you’d like to see.

The first column contains the monitoring session protocol number. By clicking on it, you can view the report that will appear in a new tab.

The second column contains the patient name contained in the protocol.

When the name is different from the user ID or contains the value Anonymous, it is a shared report.

The third column contains the date and time at which the monitoring took place.

When the date contains 01 January 1900 00:00:00, it is an anonymously shared report.

The fourth column contains the duration of the monitoring session.

The fifth column contains the health professional that operated the monitoring session.

It is the health professional who was authenticated on the mobile device when performing the monitoring session.

The sixth column contains a context menu. By clicking on it, the user has access to the options to view the report, share the report or view shares already made for that report.

Report listing paging

When the report list is larger than ten, the portal will organize this list in different pages. Use the arrows or page numbers to access the rest of the reports.

Report listing filtering

Just above the table listing the monitoring sessions, you have filter options that can help you find a specific report. You can filter reports using one or a combination of search and filter options.

The search options are detailed below. Choose any of the options and click To cancel the filtering, click apply filters button. To cancel click on clear filters button.

A filter option is to search by protocol number.

By entering an

integral

full or partial protocol number, the portal will search for the protocols containing that character sequence.

Another filter option allows searching for reports by patient name.

When you enter a name, even if it is partial, the portal already shows which names contained in the listing are similar to the one you are typing.

Another option is to filter protocol listings by physicians who operated the device.

When choosing a responsible physician, the portal will list all protocols that were generated by the chosen healthcare professional.

You can choose more than one name to perform a search.

Viewing reports

Option A

To view the result of a monitoring session (protocol), click on the protocol number and the PDF report will appear in a new tab.

By clicking on the report number, the portal triggers a task to redeem pull the requested report. On the right side, you will notice that the context menu has been replaced by an animation.
