Step 1 - open app

Open the brain4care app on your mobile device, which will direct you to the login screen.

Step 2 - username and password

On the home screen, log in by selecting the ID option, then entering your ID and password. Press "Login" to proceed.

ATTENTION - you should already have a username / ID and password created for you by your clinical engineering team. If not, please reach out to them to be able to use the B4C System.

Step 3 - select a corporate account (optional)

If your personal ID is linked to multiple corporate accounts, a pop-up window will display the available accounts. Accounts with an open lock icon (image-20240825-011945.png) use the initial password provided. Clicking on one will take you to the main screen. For accounts with a closed lock icon, you will need to enter the corporate account password.

Step 4 - log into corporate account (optional)

Enter the corporate password and click LOGIN. If the desired account does not appear, contact your clinical engineering team to request access.

Step 5 - first screen after login

After logging in, the main screen will display three top sections from left to right:

  • Sensor Pairing Functionality - To pair and manage sensors.

  • Report List Filtering Functionality - To filter and view monitoring reports.

  • New Monitoring Session Button - To start a new monitoring session.

The bottom part of the screen features a table listing all monitoring sessions accessible for your corporate account.

The monitoring session listing has six columns, from left to right:

  • patient name and classification tags for a monitoring session,

  • monitoring session start date and time,

  • monitoring session duration,

  • monitoring session status,

  • report number and offline availability

  • repeat monitoring session option (refer to 6.6.2 - reuse patient data)

The monitoring session statuses that exist are:

Sync paused pending patient data confirmation. Click on the monitoring session to confirm patient data. This can only be done on the mobile device that was used to create monitoring session.

Indicates that the report is in the cloud. In this case, the mobile device needs to be ONLINE to access the report.
