The members management module is used to create, view, and change members of an organization (corporate account) and their corporate user profiles.

It also allows the user to create, manage and delete organizational units with their respective members.

Note

PRECAUTION - This user profile module is the most important one in the licensed portal when considering aspects of information security. It should be restricted to a few people in an organization, usually someone on the clinical engineering or information technology team.

Dashboard filters

There are filtering options that can help you find a specific member in the Members dashboard. You can filter members using one or more search and filter combinations.

The fourth option is a “search by name” one.

Enter the full name or part of a name and the portal will search for members whose names contain the characters you typed.

The third filters members by role (user profile / access profile). There are four possible roles:

  • Account Manager - authorized to manage corporate account members and units

  • Healthcare Professional - authorized to perform, view and share monitoring reports

The second filters members by status. There are five possible statuses:

  • Active - Member with normalized access to perform the functions from their access profile

  • Suspended - Member suspended by the account managers themselves

  • Blocked - member blocked centrally by brain4care

Units are entities created by the account managers themselves.

Permissions are the user profiles that member has. They can be one to four profile types, which are:

  • Account Manager - authorized to manage members and units

  • Health Professional - authorized to perform, view, and share monitoring sessions

  • Notice that a member requested their organization removal

  • Notice that brain4care blocked the corporate account (message appears on the personal account
