Dashboard filters
There are filtering options that can help you find a specific member in the Members dashboard. You can filter members using one or more search and filter combinations.
The fourth option is a “search by name” one. Enter the full name or part of a name and the portal will search for members whose names contain the characters you typed. | |
The third filters members by role (user profile / access profile). There are four possible roles:

The second filters members by status. There are five possible statuses:

The first filter members via organization unit. Units are entities created by the account managers themselves. |
