Listing

The report listing table contains columns with information to help identify reports, as well as a micro function menu to the right.

image-20240817-225847.png

The first column contains the monitoring session number. By clicking on it, you can view the report that will appear in a new tab.

ATTENTION: Your browser must authorize the portal to open a new tab or window.

Please check with your IT or clinical engineering team to enable this parameter.

The second column contains the patient name contained in the report.

When the name contains the value Anonymous, it is an anonymously shared report.

The third column contains the date and time at which the monitoring took place.

When the date contains 01 January 1900 00:00:00, it is an anonymously shared report.

The fourth column contains the duration of the monitoring session.

The fifth column contains the user that was logged in the app while the monitoring session was executed.

When the name is different from your name, it is a shared report.

The sixth column contains a micro context menu. By clicking on it, you’ll have access to the options to view the report. This is also a placeholder for future functionalities.

Reports

To view the result of a monitoring session (protocol), click on the protocol number and the PDF report will appear in a new tab.

By clicking on the report number, the portal triggers a task to pull the requested report. On the right side, you will notice that the context menu has been replaced by an animation (image-20240817-225957.png ).

Note

ATTENTION - Depending on your browser configuration, it will not allow the portal to open a new tab to display the report. Please follow the instructions below.

A message in your browser’s address bar will warn you about this. Click on the bar icon and choose to always allow the portal to open a new tab.

After that, ask to open the report again. You will only need to do this once in your browser.

In less than 10 seconds your report will appear in a new tab.
