Register mobile device
An account manager can register a mobile device to an organization. This can be done from the mobile device dashboard by selecting a non registered device or by clicking the “Register device” button.

The account manager can also ask users to reset their PIN after the first login, making the initial PIN temporary. When selecting a PIN type, a list of ineligible users is displayed: The ineligible users is a list of users that do not have enough information in their user profile to define the PIN according to the selected policy. Step2a - Generate QR codeThe second stage to register a device is to generate a QR code to be read from the mobile device your want to register. Click on the “Generate QR code” button.
