ATTENTION - you’ll heed to have an existing portal account that has been created for you by your health institution.


Step 1 - Enter your username and password

Access the portal address: https://portal.brain4.care. Enter username and password.

ATTENTION - Three consecutive failed logins will block your account login for a determined period until next login is possible. Every new attempt will add more time to the blockage period.


Step 2 - Choose your corporate account (optional)

If you have access to more than one corporate account they will show up as cards. A card with an open lock (image-20240817-213946.pngImage Modified) means that your Password at login is valid for this corporate account.

A closed lock (image-20240817-214013.pngImage Modified) means that the password for this corporate account is different. In this case you’ll need to enter the correct password after clicking on that corporate account.
