Direct login allows you to access the corporate account without having to go through your user profile account in advance. The system lists the corporate accounts you are authorized to access and verifies the password you entered.

If the password matches the organization’s password the you can directly choose and enter the corporate account(s). If not, an indirect login is required.

Step 2b - Execute an indirect login

If your initial password does not match the corporate account’s password, an indirect login is required.

Enter your corporate account password

After clicking on the corporate account, the portal will ask you for the corporate account password. This is a double authentication for secure access. Also, many organizations require their own password policy.

Enter your corporate account password and click Log into corporate account.

Step 3 - First screen after login

At the top of the home panel you will have access, from left to right, to your notifications, corporate applications, and corporate account user settings.

2 - Choose your corporate account (optional)

If you have access to more than one corporate account they will show up as cards. A card with an open lock (image-20240817-213946.pngImage Added) means that your Password at login is valid for this corporate account.

A closed lock (image-20240817-214013.pngImage Added) means that the password for this corporate account is different. In this case you’ll need to enter the correct password after clicking on that corporate account.
